  • Door open time will be subject to change as the case may be.
  • HK TICKETING eTicket is required for admission. This eTicket must be clearly printed to scale on plain A4, clean, white paper if applicable. When presenting the digital copy, please make sure the full QR code can be shown.

  • Exchange of defect products will be possible immediately after purchase. There will be no refunds or exchanges after you have left the merchandise booth.  

  

Important Notice 

Participants must comply to the following rules and regulations, anyone who fails to do so may be barred from entering, in which case the ticket fee would not be refunded. 

  1. Only allow audience aged 12 or above and with a height of not less than 140cm to entry.
  2. Each ticket admits one person only. A valid original ticket must be provided for admission.
  3. Do not buy eTicket from any unauthorised channel or agent. eTicket holders with a duplicated ticket or a resold ticket may be refused for entry. HK TICKETING, the venue or the organiser shall take no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss due to admission by an unauthorised individual.
  4. eTicket holders must ensure that eTickets are protected against possible loss to avoid unauthorised use. If there are duplicates of an eTicket, only the ticket holder of the first eTicket successfully scanned at the event venue will be admitted. No admission will be allowed for other ticket holders of the eTicket carrying the same barcode afterwards.
  5. Each eTicket has a unique barcode which allows one entry only. If you have bought multiple eTickets, please remember to print out all eTickets separately and make sure each individual attending the event has his or her own eTicket.
  6. HK TICKETING, the venue or the event organiser shall take no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss due to the problems with printing of eTicket.
  7. All tickets are non-refundable.
  8. When presenting the digital copy, please make sure the full QR code can be shown.
  9. Ticket must be scanned before exiting the hall if you wish to re-enter. Failure to do so may result in inability to re-enter, no refunds shall be provided.
  10. No ticket scalping is allowed. The venue and event organiser reserves the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association without refund and escorted out of the hall.
  11. Audience must undergo bag checks for their bags/backpacks before entering the venue. Handbags/backpacks larger than 38 X 30 X 20 cm (15 X 12 X 8 inches), all professional cameras, recording devices, tablets, selfie sticks, and folding chairs are prohibited from being brought into the performance venue. Long umbrellas are not allowed in the concert.
  12. Unauthorized photography, videography, and audio recording are strictly prohibited inside the performance venue.
  13. No food and beverage are allowed in the venue.
  14. Please keep Stadium and other facilities clean and sanitary.
  15. No glass or capped plastic bottles, aluminum can, reusable bottles (i.e. thermos flasks), inflated objects that are lighter-than-air in any kinds of materials (i.e. balloons), hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects is allowed inside the event hall.
  16. No smoking is allowed.
  17. Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within the venue.
  18. Possessing and using fireworks, pyro or laser device is prohibited.
  19. No remote-controlled aerial device or toy is allowed (e.g. model helicopters or drones).
  20. Performance may contain strong and strobe lighting and smoke, please inform any medical staff or security of the venue, if feeling unwell or any assistance is needed.
  21. Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event. However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.
  22. The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of the venue, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same.
  23. TWGHs TungPo as the venue provider cannot guarantee the participant’s view is totally free from any obstruction during an event.
  24. Venue may ask persons who do not obey the above regulations to leave Stadium immediately and fee paid will not be refunded.
  25. The venue and event organiser reserves the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
  26. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.
