VIP Admission Arrangement

VVIP / VIP Early Entry: 5:15PM (May 24) / 3:15PM (May 25)
Soundcheck Party: 6:00PM (May 24) / 4:00PM (May 25)

  • All VIP ticket holders must follow the VIP admission schedule.

Terms & Conditions for VIP Experience

  1. VIP laminate and lanyard will be distributed at admission, uncollected items will be forfeited.
  2. Refunds or exchanges are not allowed.
  3. Soundcheck Party attendees may stay inside the event hall after the session finishes.
  4. VVIP audience who are taking part in the Send Off, please follow the instructions of on-site staff after the performance for Send Off arrangements. 
  5. Latecomers will not allowed to enter the event hall.
  6. VIP experience event details are subject to change; please refer to Live Nation HK social media channels for the latest news and updates.

Location:East Concourse (Outside Hall 2)
Operation Hours：2PM (May 24) / 12PM (May 25) – while supplies last

  • Please bring your own shopping bag.
  • Exchange of defect products will be possible immediately after purchase. There will be no refunds or exchanges after you have left the merchandise booth. 

Admission Notice

Participants must comply to the following rules and regulations, anyone who fails to do so may be barred from entering, in which case the ticket fee would not be refunded.

  1. Age restriction:  Only allowed for person aged 3 or above to entry.
  2. Each ticket admits one person only. A valid original ticket must be provided for admission.
  3. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  4. All tickets must purchase from official ticketing agents. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.
  5. No ticket scalping is allowed. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association.
  6. For audience who would like to re-enter the event hall, please have your concert admission ticket scanned by our staff at the exit before leaving the hall. Failure to do so may result in inability to re-enter the hall and no refunds shall be provided.
  7. Audience must undergo bag checks for their bags/backpacks before entering the venue. Handbags/backpacks larger than 38 X 30 X 20 cm (15 X 12 X 8 inches), All professional cameras, recording devices, GoPro cameras, detachable lens cameras, tablets, telephoto lenses, phone detachable lenses, tablets, laptops, selfie sticks and recording equipment are prohibited from being brought into the performance venue. If any of these restricted items are found, all equipment including SD cards will be confiscated.
  8. Mobile phones, Polaroids and point-and-shoot cameras are allowed, but no flash photography.
  9. Long umbrellas and folding chairs are not allowed in the concert.
  10. No outside food and beverage are allowed in AsiaWorld-Expo.
  11. No alcoholic beverages are allowed inside the venue.
  12. All drinks in bottle must have caps/lids removed before entering.
  13. No glass, aluminum cans, reusable bottles, thermos flasks are allowed inside the event hall.
  14. No inflated objects that are lighter-than-air in any kinds of materials (i.e. balloons), hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects are allowed inside the event hall.
  15. Fan banners/ signs must not be bigger than A4 size.
  16. Smoking is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.
  17. Possessing or using any illegal drugs is prohibited inside AsiaWorld-Expo.
  18. Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within AsiaWorld-Expo.
  19. Possessing and using fireworks, pyro or laser device is prohibited.
  20. No remote-controlled aerial device or toy is allowed (e.g. model helicopters or drones).
  21. Patrons who throw objects on stage will be immediately ejected from the venue without refunds.
  22. Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event.  However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.
  23. No animals are permitted in AsiaWorld-Expo except registered guide dogs upon obtaining prior written consent of AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited.
  24. The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of AsiaWorld-Expo, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same.
  25. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited as the venue provider cannot guarantee the participant’s view is totally free from any obstruction during an event.
  26. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
  27. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.
