Terms & Conditions for VIP Ticketholders

  • VIP posters will be distributed during concert admission, uncollected items will be forfeited.
  • Refunds or exchanges are not allowed

·       The VIP Meet & Greet and photo opportunity will take place after the concert. For all VIP ticketholders, please remain at your seat after the performance and follow the instructions of the on-site staff to first undergo VIP status verification, and then proceed to the VIP activity area.

·       VIP details are subject to change; please refer to Live Nation HK social media channels for the latest news and updates.

Admission Notice

  • Age restriction: Aged 8 or above
  • Unauthorised photography, filming or recording is strictly prohibited in the event hall. Bag searches will be conducted prior to entering the event hall. Bags bigger than the dimensions of 38 cm X 30 cm X 20 cm (i.e. 15 inches X 12 inches X 8 inches) as well as all cameras, video/voice recorders, tablets and stools/folded chairs are not allowed in the event hall.
  • Event tickets must be purchased from official ticketing outlets (Cityline). Tickets that are damaged, stained, altered, incomplete, or copied will not be accepted.
  • All tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Each ticket is only valid for one person and must comply with the age restrictions set by the organizer.
  • For audience who would like to re-enter the event hall, please have your concert admission ticket scanned by our staff at the exit before leaving the hall. Failure to do so may result in inability to re-enter the hall and no refunds shall be provided.
  • No food or drinks are allowed inside the venue.
  • Glass bottles, cans and any inflatable object that can float in the air, regardless of material (i.e., balloons), any dangerous goods, weapons, spray cans, or sharp objects are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
  • Fireworks, pyrotechnics, or the use of laser devices are strictly prohibited.
  • No remote-controlled flying equipment or toys (i.e. drones) are allowed
  • Latecomers will only be allowed to enter at an appropriate time. Late entry cannot be guaranteed.
  • The program information is for reference only. The organizer reserves the right to update the program information and schedule as the case may be. In case of any dispute, the organizer reserves the final decision
  • Ticket holders are deemed to have agreed to comply with and accept the applicable terms and conditions of Hong Kong Arts Centre, the organizer, and its official ticketing outlets when using the ticket. The terms and conditions may be amended without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Hong Kong Arts Centre and the organizer reserves the right to final decision.
  • In case of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
