G-DRAGON, leader and producer of Korea’s hottest artist group BIGBANG, has produced not only their hit songs ‘Fantastic Baby’, ‘BANG BANG BANG’, and ‘BAE BAE’, but also his own hit ‘Crooked’. Six songs that he produced have collectively attracted more than 1 billion views on YouTube with ‘Fantastic Baby’ and ‘BANG BANG BANG’ each generating more than 2 billion views. His astonishing production skills have made him one of the main producers at YG Entertainment Inc., one of South Korea’s largest entertainment companies. 

His first solo album released in August 2009 - ‘Heartbreaker’ - gained major success. It topped the Gaon Chart, also breaking the record for most copies sold for a male solo artist of the year. In 2012 he issued the solo EP ‘One of a Kind’ that gained enormous attention worldwide. This success led him to embark on his first solo world tour, “G-DRAGON 2013 WORLD TOUR [ONE OF A KIND]” joined by 570,000 passionate international fans. 27 shows were staged, starting from Seoul, and going through 8 countries including Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. 

After 4 years of preparation, his 2nd album ‘COUP D’ETAT’ was released. His outstanding musical talents were recognized by the public which resulted in his album appearing in the ‘Top 50 Game-Changing EMD Tracks of 2013’. G-DRAGON is recognized as one of the most influential leaders in music and fashion in his country and was named by Forbes Asia as the Most Influential Person Under 30 in Eastern Entertainment and Sports.
