  • Payment methods: Cash / Alipay / WeChat Pay
  • Please bring your own shopping bag.
  • Exchange of defect products will be possible immediately after purchase. There will be no refunds or exchanges after you have left the merchandise booth.  

Important Notice

Participants must comply to the following rules and regulations, anyone who fails to do so may be barred from entering, in which case the ticket fee would not be refunded. 

  1. Age limit for Seated zone: 3 or above. Age limit for Standing zone: 12 years and above and with height 140cm and above.
  2. Each ticket admits one person only. A valid original ticket must be provided for admission.
  3. All tickets must purchase from official ticketing agents. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.
  4. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No reissue for any lost ticket will be processed under any circumstances.
  5. Ticket must be scanned before exiting the hall if you wish to re-enter. Failure to do so may result in inability to re-enter, no refunds shall be provided.
  6. No ticket scalping is allowed. KITEC and the event organiser reserves the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association without refund and escorted out of the hall.
  7. Bag searches will be conducted prior to entering the event hall. Bags bigger than the dimensions of 38 cm X 30 cm X 20 cm (i.e. 15 inches X 12 inches X 8 inches) are not allowed.
  8. Unauthorized photography, videography, and audio recording are strictly prohibited inside the performance venue.
  9. No food and beverage are allowed in the event hall.
  10. No glass or capped plastic bottles, aluminium can, reusable bottles (i.e. thermos flasks), inflated objects that are lighter-than-air in any kinds of materials (i.e. balloons), hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects is allowed inside the event hall.
  11. Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within KITEC.
  12. Possessing and using fireworks, pyro or laser device is prohibited.
  13. No remote-controlled aerial device or toy is allowed (e.g. model helicopters or drones).
  14. Performance may contain strong and strobe lighting and smoke, please inform any medical staff or security of KITEC, if feeling unwell or any assistance is needed.
  15. Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event. However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.
  16. The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of KITEC, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same.
  17. KITEC as the venue provider cannot guarantee the participant’s view is totally free from any obstruction during an event.
  18. KITEC and the event organiser reserves the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
  19. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.
