Jason Chan LIFE IS LIVE Concert 2025

Venue: Hall 5BC, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre

Important Notice 

Participants must comply to the following rules and regulations, anyone who fails to do so may be barred from entering, in which case the ticket fee would not be refunded. 

  1. Age restriction: Only allow audience aged 3 years or above to entry. Audience members who do not meet the age and height requirements will be denied entry.
  2. Each ticket admits one person only. A valid original ticket must be provided for admission.
  3. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  4. All tickets must purchase from official ticketing agents. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.
  5. Ticket must be scanned before exiting the hall if you wish to re-enter. Failure to do so may result in inability to re-enter, no refunds shall be provided.
  6. No ticket scalping is allowed. The venue and event organiser reserves the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association without refund and escorted out of the hall.
  7. Audience must undergo bag checks for their bags/backpacks before entering the venue. Handbags and backpacks larger than 38 X 30 X 20 cm (15 X 12 X 8 inch), all professional cameras / Camcorder / detachable lens cameras / telephoto lenses are not allowed. 
  8. Mobile phones and point-and-shoot cameras are allowed, but no flash photography.
  9. Long umbrellas and folding chairs are not allowed in the concert.
  10. No outside food and beverage are allowed in the event hall. Please keep the event hall and other facilities clean and sanitary.
  11. No glass or plastic bottles, aluminum can, reusable bottles (i.e. thermos flasks), inflated objects that are lighter-than-air in any kinds of materials (i.e. balloons), hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects is allowed inside the event hall.
  12. No smoking is allowed inside the event hall.
  13. Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within the venue.
  14. Possessing and using fireworks, pyro or laser device is prohibited.
  15. No remote-controlled aerial device or toy is allowed (e.g. model helicopters or drones).
  16. Performance may contain strong and strobe lighting and smoke, please inform any medical staff or security of the venue, if feeling unwell or any assistance is needed.
  17. Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event. However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.
  18. The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of the venue, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same.
  19. Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre as the venue provider cannot guarantee the participant’s view is totally free from any obstruction during an event.
  20. Venue may ask persons who do not obey the above regulations to leave the event hall immediately and fee paid will not be refunded.
  21. The venue and event organiser reserves the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
  22. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.
