How to obtain concert e-ticket

  1. Download the “Cityline Ticketing” mobile app to your mobile device
  2. Login to Cityline mobile app
  3. Under “Profile”, select “E-ticket” to view your ticket
  • Dynamic QR code will refresh every 10 seconds
  • Screen capture is blocked on this page, Screen Capture cannot be used as E-ticket for admission
  • User may click “Transfer” to transfer the QR code to another user’s Cityline profile

How to transfer concert ticket

  1. Click “Transfer”
  2. Enter transferee’s email address
  3. Transferee will receive an email, and will need to click on the link to accept the ticket
  4. The link will only be valid for 1 hour. If the link has not been clicked, the ticket will fall back to the transferer after 1 hour.
  5. After a successful transfer, transferer’s app will show the ticket as transferred.

Terms & Conditions for VIP Soundcheck Party ＆ Send-off

  1. Please follow the instructions of on-site staff to participate in the event and fan benefits. VIP laminate, lanyard, and posters will be distributed at admission, uncollected items will be forfeited.
  2. Latecomers will not allowed to enter the event hall.
  3. Soundcheck party attendees may stay inside the event hall after the session finishes.
  4. Refunds or exchanges are not allowed.
  5. The Hi-touch and photo shoot experience will take place after the concert. Please follow the instructions of on-site staff and proceed on stage in an orderly manner and proceed to exit the event hall afterward.
  6. Soundcheck party, Hi-Touch and photo with Jeff experience event details are subject to change; please refer to Live Nation HK social media channels for the latest news and updates.

 

Admission Notice

  1. Age restriction: Aged 12 or above and with a height of no less than 140cm are permitted for standing zone. Aged 12 years or above for seated zone.
  2. Unauthorized photography, videography, and audio recording are strictly prohibited inside the performance venue. Audience members must undergo bag checks for their bags/backpacks before entering the venue. Handbags/backpacks larger than 38 X 30 X 20 cm (15 X 12 X 8 inches), all professional cameras, recording devices, tablets, selfie sticks, and folding chairs are prohibited from being brought into the performance venue. Long umbrellas are not allowed in the concert.
  3. Event tickets must be purchased from official ticketing outlets.
  4. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Each ticket is only valid for one person and must comply with the age restrictions set by the organizer.
  5. Please present the digital copy on your mobile device for admission. When presenting the digital copy, please make sure the full QR code can be shown.
  6. For audience who would like to re-enter the event hall, please have your concert admission ticket scanned by our staff at the exit before leaving the hall. Failure to do so may result in inability to re-enter the hall and no refunds shall be provided.
  7. No food or drinks are allowed inside the venue.
  8. Glass bottles, cans and any inflatable object that can float in the air, regardless of material (i.e., balloons), any dangerous goods, weapons, spray cans, or sharp objects are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
  9. Fireworks, pyrotechnics, or the use of laser devices are strictly prohibited.
  10. No remote-controlled flying equipment or toys (i.e. drones) are allowed
  11. Latecomers will only be allowed to enter at an appropriate time. Late entry cannot be guaranteed.
  12. The program information is for reference only. The organizer reserves the right to update the program information and schedule as the case may be. In case of any dispute, the organizer reserves the final decision.
  13. Ticket holders are deemed to have agreed to comply with and accept the applicable terms and conditions of MacPherson Stadium, the organizer, and its official ticketing outlets when using the ticket. The terms and conditions may be amended without prior notice.
  14. In case of any dispute, MacPherson Stadium and the organizer reserves the right to final decision.
  15. In case of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
