Soundcheck Party Arrangement for $1899 and $1399 ticket holders

Queue Up starts: 4pm
Doors Open: 4:30pm
Soundcheck: 5:30pm

The entrance for the Soundcheck Party is located at the entrance of Star Hall on 3/F of KITEC. Doors will open for participants to enter the Soundcheck Party at 4:30pm. The organizer reserves the right to deny participation of the events if the participant arrives after the soundcheck has started. Photos and videos with professional camera are strictly prohibited during the soundcheck party.

Participants must present a valid ticket, undergo bag search in order to enter the soundcheck party.

VIP laminate, lanyard and gifts will also be distributed at soundcheck party admission.

 

VIP Group Photo Event Arrangement for $1899 ticket holders

The event will be held after the performance. Those who hold VIP tickets should stay in their seats after the concert and follow the instructions of the venue staff to participate in the group photo event. For anyone who fails to follow the instructions and rules, the organizer reserves the right to refuse their participation in the group photo event or be invited to leave.

Official Merchandise Booth Terms and Conditions:  

• CASH ONLY. Please bring your own shopping bag.
• Maximum number of purchases per person may be limited. Certain amount of inventory will be available on show days.
• Please understand that the booth operating hours and limited purchase quantities are subject to change without notice.
• Exchanges of defect products are possible immediately after purchase. There are no refunds or exchanges after you have left the merchandise booth.
• Sales hours are subject to change without notice. 

 

Cloakroom

• Payment is to be made during check-in, storage fee is calculated based on quantity, HKD 100 each (cash only)
• Uncollected item will be regarded as unclaimed item after service hours, such items will be sent to the customer service centre of KITEC, customers may dial 2620 2222 for enquiry
• Your full name and phone number will be required for record
• You are advised to keep all your valuables and cash with you at all times, the Organizer will not be responsible for any loss
  
  

 

Important Notice 

Participants must comply to the following rules and regulations, anyone who fails to do so may be barred from entering, in which case the ticket fee would not be refunded. 

• Age limit: 16 or above.
• No ticket scalping is allowed. KITEC and the event organiser reserve the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association without refund and escorted out of the hall.
• Unauthorised photography, filming or recording is strictly prohibited in the event hall. Bag searches will be conducted prior to entering the event hall. Bags bigger than the dimensions of 38 cm X 30 cm X 20 cm (i.e. 15 inches X 12 inches X 8 inches) as well as all professional cameras, video/voice recorders, selfie sticks and stools/folded chairs are not allowed in the event hall. Long umbrellas are not allowed. Please place restricted article(s) at Baggage Storage Counter at 3/F.
• Patrons found using professional cameras will be required to delete the images and escorted out of the hall without refund.
• All tickets must purchase from official ticketing agents. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.
• All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable or non-exchangeable. Each ticket admits one (1) person only.
• No food and beverage are allowed in the event hall.
• Face mask must be worn at all times.
• No glass bottles, inflated objects that are lighter-than-air in any kinds of materials (i.e. balloons), hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects is allowed inside the event hall.
• Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within KITEC.
• Possessing and using fireworks, pyro or laser device is prohibited.
• No remote-controlled aerial device or toy is allowed (e.g. model helicopters or drones).
• Performance may contain special effects such as strobe lighting, lasers, fire and smoke.
• Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event. However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.
• The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of KITEC, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same.
• KITEC and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
• If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.
