Hi-Touch and Group Photo with Artist will take place after the show. Please follow the instructions of on-site staff to proceed in an orderly fashion.

Door open time will be subject to change as the case may be.

 

Terms & Conditions for VIP Pre-Show Talk Session ＆ Send-off

• Please follow the instructions of on-site staff to participate in the event and fan benefits. Postcards, and posters will be distributed at admission, uncollected items will be forfeited.
• Pre-Show talk session attendees may stay inside the event hall after the session finishes.
• Refunds or exchanges are not allowed

·       The Hi-touch and group photo activities will take place after the concert. For Hi-touch activity, please follow the instructions of on-site staff and proceed on stage in an orderly manner and proceed to exit the venue after. For fans with Group Photo benefits, please return to your designated seat after Hi-Touch and wait for further instructions from on-site staff.

Admission Notice

• Age restriction: Aged 12 or above and with a height of no less than 140cm are permitted for standing zone. Aged 3 years or above for seated zone.
• Unauthorized photography, videography, and audio recording are strictly prohibited inside the performance venue. Audience members must undergo bag checks for their bags/backpacks before entering the venue. Handbags/backpacks larger than 38 X 30 X 20 cm (15 X 12 X 8 inches), all professional cameras, recording devices, tablets, selfie sticks, and folding chairs are prohibited from being brought into the performance venue. Long umbrellas are not allowed in the concert.
• Event tickets must be purchased from official ticketing outlets. Tickets that are damaged, stained, altered, incomplete, or copied will not be accepted.
• All tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Each ticket is only valid for one person and must comply with the age restrictions set by the organizer.
• For audience who would like to re-enter the event hall, please have your concert admission ticket scanned by our staff at the exit before leaving the hall. Failure to do so may result in inability to re-enter the hall and no refunds shall be provided.
• No food or drinks are allowed inside the venue.
• Glass bottles, cans and any inflatable object that can float in the air, regardless of material (i.e., balloons), any dangerous goods, weapons, spray cans, or sharp objects are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
• Fireworks, pyrotechnics, or the use of laser devices are strictly prohibited.
• No remote-controlled flying equipment or toys (i.e. drones) are allowed
• Latecomers will only be allowed to enter at an appropriate time. Late entry cannot be guaranteed.
• The program information is for reference only. The organizer reserves the right to update the program information and schedule as the case may be. In case of any dispute, the organizer reserves the final decision
• Ticket holders are deemed to have agreed to comply with and accept the applicable terms and conditions of MacPherson Stadium, the organizer, and its official ticketing outlets when using the ticket. The terms and conditions may be amended without prior notice. In case of any dispute, MacPherson Stadium and the organizer reserves the right to final decision.
• In case of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
