The Meet & Greet and photo session with Masiwei will take place BEFORE the show. If participants fail to comply with the instructions given by on-site staff members, the organizer reserves the right to refuse their participation in the Meet & Greet. 5 people per group.

All VIP Package ticket holders must queue up according to the instructions from our staff outside Rotunda 2. VIP laminates and lanyards will be distributed after ticket check, uncollected items will be forfeited.

• No Cash Accepted. We ONLY accept Visa/ Master/ Unionpay / Unionpay App / WeChat Pay / Alipay Please bring your own shopping bag.
• Please bring your own shopping bag.
• Maximum number of purchases per person may be limited. Only a certain amount of inventory will be available on show day.
• Exchange of defect products will be possible immediately after purchase. There will be no refunds or exchanges after you have left the merchandise booth.  

Admission Notice

• Age restriction: Only persons aged 12 or above and with a height of no less than 140cm are permitted.
• Unauthorised photography, filming or recording is strictly prohibited in the event hall. Bag searches will be conducted prior to entering the event hall. Bags bigger than the dimensions of 38 cm X 30 cm X 20 cm (i.e. 15 inches X 12 inches X 8 inches) as well as all professional cameras, video/voice recorders and stools/folded chairs are not allowed in the event hall.
• Event tickets must be purchased from official ticketing outlets. Tickets that are damaged, stained, altered, incomplete, or copied will not be accepted.
• All tickets are non-refundable non-exchangable and non-transferable. Each ticket is only valid for one person and must comply with the age restrictions set by the organizer.
• No food or drinks are allowed inside the venue.
• Cans, bottles, any inflatable object that can float in the air, regardless of material (i.e., balloons), any dangerous goods, weapons, spray cans, or sharp objects are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
• Fireworks, pyrotechnics, or the use of laser devices are strictly prohibited.
• No remote-controlled flying equipment or toys (i.e. drones) are allowed
• Latecomers will only be allowed to enter at an appropriate time. Late entry cannot be guaranteed.
• The program information is for reference only. The organizer reserves the right to update the program information and schedule as the case may be. In case of any dispute, the organizer reserves the final decision.
• Ticket holders are deemed to have agreed to comply with and accept the applicable terms and conditions of KITEC, the organizer, and its official ticketing outlets when using the ticket. The terms and conditions may be amended without prior notice. In case of any dispute, KITEC and the organizer reserves the right to final decision.
• In case of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
