REFUND ARRANGEMENTS DUE TO ADVERSE WEATHER

ONE OK ROCK Luxury Disease Asia Tour 2023 in Hong Kong was canceled on October 7 2023 due to Typhoon Koinu. For ticketholders who purchased their tickets through our official ticketing platform (Cityline), refunds are available under the following procedures:

1) Refund Procedure for Tickets Purchased by Credit Card (VISA/MASTERCARD/UPOP) and Digital Payments (PayMe)

Refunds will be automatically deposited to the same Credit Card or Digital Payment method used for ticket purchase. The process may take up to 8–10 weeks, depending on the issuing bank’s processing time. No cash or cheque refunds will be provided for these payment methods.

2) Refund Procedure for Tickets Purchased by Digital Payments (Alipay HK / WeChat Pay)

Refunds will be automatically deposited to the same Digital Payments used for ticket purchased. The process may take up to 10–12 weeks, depending on the processing time of the individual platform. No cash or cheque refunds will be issued.
