Terms & Conditions for VIP Soundcheck Party ＆ Send-off
- All VIP Package ticket holders must queue up and enter the event hall via the entrance on G/F. VIP laminates, lanyards and posters will be distributed at admission, uncollected items will be forfeited.
- 1 wristband will be given to each VIP ticket holder, any lost wristband will not be replaced, and damaged wristbands will not be acknowledged. Please check that your wristband is tightly secured before entering.
- Latecomers will not be admitted into the Soundcheck Party
- Soundcheck VIPs may stay inside the event hall after Soundcheck Party
- Refunds or exchanges are not allowed
· The send-off activity will take place after the concert. For all send-off event ticket holders, please wait after the performance and follow the instructions of the on-site staff to first undergo wristband verification, and then proceed to the send-off activity area.
- Soundcheck Party and send-off event details are subject to change; please refer to Live Nation HK social media channels for the latest news and updates.
Admission Notice
- Age restriction: Aged 12 or above and with a height of no less than 140cm are permitted for standing zone. Aged 3 years or above for seated zone.
- Unauthorized photography, videography, and audio recording are strictly prohibited inside the performance venue. Audience members must undergo bag checks for their bags/backpacks before entering the venue. Handbags/backpacks larger than 38 X 30 X 20 cm (15 X 12 X 8 inches), all professional cameras, recording devices, selfie sticks, and folding chairs are prohibited from being brought into the performance venue. Long umbrellas are not allowed in the concert.
- Event tickets must be purchased from official ticketing outlets. Tickets that are damaged, stained, altered, incomplete, or copied will not be accepted.
- All tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Each ticket is only valid for one person and must comply with the age restrictions set by the organizer.
- For audience who would like to re-enter the event hall, please have your concert admission ticket scanned by our staff at the exit before leaving the hall. Failure to do so may result in inability to re-enter the hall and no refunds shall be provided.
- No food or drinks are allowed inside the venue.
- Glass bottles, cans and any inflatable object that can float in the air, regardless of material (i.e., balloons), any dangerous goods, weapons, spray cans, or sharp objects are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
- Fireworks, pyrotechnics, or the use of laser devices are strictly prohibited.
- No remote-controlled flying equipment or toys (i.e. drones) are allowed
- Latecomers will only be allowed to enter at an appropriate time. Late entry cannot be guaranteed.
- The program information is for reference only. The organizer reserves the right to update the program information and schedule as the case may be. In case of any dispute, the organizer reserves the final decision
- Ticket holders are deemed to have agreed to comply with and accept the applicable terms and conditions of MacPherson Stadium, the organizer, and its official ticketing outlets when using the ticket. The terms and conditions may be amended without prior notice. In case of any dispute, MacPherson Stadium and the organizer reserves the right to final decision.
- In case of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
