Customers who have purchased tickets of Post Malone Presents The BIG Stadium Tour via HK Ticketing will receive a full refund (including customer service fee and delivery fee (if applicable)). Refunds will be automatically deposited to the same payment account used for the ticket purchase within 20-30 working days from 4 September 2026, no application for refund is required from ticket purchasers. Tickets purchased through Damai will be refunded through the Damai platform, refunds will be automatically deposited to the same payment account used for the ticket purchase within 10 working days from 27 August 2026, no application for refund is required from ticket purchasers.
