  • Please bring your own shopping bag.
  • Exchange of defect products will be possible immediately after purchase. There will be no refunds or exchanges after you have left the merchandise booth.

Important Notice 

Participants must comply to the following rules and regulations, anyone who fails to do so may be barred from entering, in which case the ticket fee would not be refunded. 

  1. Age restriction: Aged 12 or above and with a height of no less than 140cm are permitted for standing zone. Aged 6 years or above for seated zone.
  2. Each ticket admits one person only. A valid original ticket must be provided for admission.
  3. All tickets must purchase from official ticketing agents. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.
  4. All tickets are non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
  5. Please present the digital ticket on your mobile device for admission. When presenting the digital copy, please make sure the full QR code can be shown.
  6. Ticket must be scanned before exiting the hall if you wish to re-enter. Failure to do so may result in inability to re-enter, no refunds shall be provided.
  7. No ticket scalping is allowed. The venue and event organiser reserves the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association without refund and escorted out of the hall.
  8. Audience must undergo bag checks for their bags/backpacks before entering the venue. Handbags/backpacks larger than 38 X 30 X 20 cm (15 X 12 X 8 inches), all professional cameras / Camcorder / GoPro cameras / detachable lens cameras / telephoto lenses / phone detachable lenses / tablets / laptops / selfie sticks / recording devices / telescope are not allowed. If any of these restricted items are found, all equipment including SD cards will be confiscated.
  9. Mobile phones and point-and-shoot cameras are allowed, but no flash photography.
  10. Long umbrellas and folding chairs are not allowed in the concert.
  11. No food and beverages are allowed in the venue.
  12. Please keep Stadium and other facilities clean and sanitary.
  13. No glass, aluminum can, reusable bottles (i.e. thermos flasks), inflated objects that are lighter-than-air in any kinds of materials (i.e. balloons), hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects is allowed inside the event hall.
  14. No smoking is allowed.
  15. Fan banners/ signs must not be bigger than A4 size.
  16. Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within the venue.
  17. Possessing and using fireworks, pyro or laser device is prohibited.
  18. No remote-controlled aerial device or toy is allowed (e.g. model helicopters or drones).
  19. Performance may contain strong and strobe lighting and smoke, please inform any medical staff or security of the venue, if feeling unwell or any assistance is needed.
  20. Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event. However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.
  21. The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of the venue, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same.
  22. TWGHs TungPo as the venue provider cannot guarantee the participant’s view is totally free from any obstruction during an event.
  23. Venue may ask persons who do not obey the above regulations to leave Stadium immediately and fee paid will not be refunded.
  24. The venue and event organiser reserves the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
  25. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.
