VIP Experience Arrangements

Each VIP must have 1 VIP Experience ticket ($1099)

Check-in: 5:30pm

VIP Experience starts: 6pm

  • All VIP Experience ticket holders must queue up and enter the event hall via the outside area. VIP Tickets will be verified upon attendance. If customer fails to provide a same-day VIP concert ticket, no entry will be permitted, and no refunds will be given.
  • VIP laminates and lanyards will be distributed upon check-in, uncollected items will be forfeited.
  • VIPs may stay inside the event hall after the VIP Experience.
  • All packages are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • VIP Experiences and details are subject to change; please refer to Live Nation HK social media channels for the latest news and updates.
  • If participants fail to comply with the instructions given by on-site staff members, the organizer reserves the right to refuse their participation in the VIP Experience.

  

Official Merchandise Booth Terms and Conditions:  

  • No cash accepted. We only accept Visa / Master / Unionpay / Octopus / Alipay / WechatPay.
  • Please bring your own shopping bag.
  • Exchange of defect products will be possible immediately after purchase. There will be no refunds or exchanges after you have left the merchandise booth.  

Admission Notice

  • Age restriction: Only persons aged 12 or above and with a height of no less than 140cm are permitted.
  • Unauthorized photography, videography, and audio recording are strictly prohibited inside the performance venue. Audience members must undergo bag checks for their bags/backpacks before entering the venue. Handbags/backpacks larger than 38 X 30 X 20 cm (15 X 12 X 8 inches), all professional cameras, recording devices, selfie sticks, and folding chairs are prohibited from being brought into the performance venue. Long umbrellas are not allowed in the concert.
  • Event tickets must be purchased from official ticketing outlets. Tickets that are damaged, stained, altered, incomplete, or copied will not be accepted.
  • All tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Each ticket is only valid for one person and must comply with the age restrictions set by the organizer.
  • For audience who would like to re-enter the event hall, please have your concert admission ticket scanned by our staff at the exit before leaving the hall. Failure to do so may result in inability to re-enter the hall and no refunds shall be provided.
  • No food or drinks are allowed inside the venue.
  • Glass bottles, cans and any inflatable object that can float in the air, regardless of material (i.e., balloons), any dangerous goods, weapons, spray cans, or sharp objects are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
  • Fireworks, pyrotechnics, or the use of laser devices are strictly prohibited.
  • No remote-controlled flying equipment or toys (i.e. drones) are allowed
  • Latecomers will only be allowed to enter at an appropriate time. Late entry cannot be guaranteed.
  • The program information is for reference only. The organizer reserves the right to update the program information and schedule as the case may be. In case of any dispute, the organizer reserves the final decision
  • Ticket holders are deemed to have agreed to comply with and accept the applicable terms and conditions of Music Zone @ E-Max, the organizer, and its official ticketing outlets when using the ticket. The terms and conditions may be amended without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Music Zone @ E-Max and the organizer reserves the right to final decision.
  • In case of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
