Exchange of defect products will be possible immediately after purchase. There will be no refunds or exchanges after you have left the merchandise booth.
Important Notice
Participants must comply to the following rules and regulations, anyone who fails to do so may be barred from entering, in which case the ticket fee would not be refunded.
Age restriction: Aged 3 or above for seated zone.
Each ticket admits one person only. A valid physical original ticket must be provided for admission.
All tickets must purchase from official ticketing agents. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.
All tickets are non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
Ticket must be scanned before exiting the hall if you wish to re-enter. Failure to do so may result in inability to re-enter, no refunds shall be provided.
No ticket scalping is allowed. The venue and event organiser reserves the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association without refund and escorted out of the hall.
Audience must undergo bag checks for their bags/backpacks before entering the venue. Handbags/backpacks larger than 38 X 30 X 20 cm (15 X 12 X 8 inches), all professional cameras / Camcorder / GoPro cameras / detachable lens cameras / telephoto lenses / phone detachable lenses / tablets / selfie sticks / recording devices / telescope are not allowed. If any of these restricted items are found, all equipment including SD cards will be confiscated.
The use of any devices (including mobile phones, cameras, or other equipment) for photography, video recording, or live streaming during the performance is strictly prohibited.
Long umbrellas and folding chairs are not allowed in the concert.
No outside food and beverage are allowed in the venue.
Water in disposable bottle must have caps/lids removed before entering.
Please keep Stadium and other facilities clean and sanitary.
No glass, aluminum can, reusable bottles (i.e. thermos flasks), inflated objects that are lighter-than-air in any kinds of materials (i.e. balloons), hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects is allowed inside the event hall.
No smoking is allowed.
Glow sticks, any form of cheering materials, and devices that may produce light or sound—such as illuminated headbands, LED signs, placards, balloons, clappers, whistles, cheering sticks — are strictly prohibited.
Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within the venue.
Possessing and using fireworks, pyro or laser device is prohibited.
No remote-controlled aerial device or toy is allowed (e.g. model helicopters or drones).
Performance may contain strong and strobe lighting and smoke, please inform any medical staff or security of the venue, if feeling unwell or any assistance is needed.
Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event. However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.
For audience who would like to re-enter the event hall, please have your concert admission ticket scanned by our staff at the exit before leaving the hall. Failure to do so may result in inability to re-enter the hall and no refunds shall be provided.
By joining this show, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Footage may be used for promotional, broadcast, or other purpose.
The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of the venue, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same.
Venue may ask persons who do not obey the above regulations to leave Stadium immediately and fee paid will not be refunded.
The venue and event organiser reserves the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.
