  • Door times are subject to change on the day of the Event, and event organizer reserves the right to change such times, as the case may be (including in the interests of safety and weather conditions).

  • Entry gates have been allocated to each ticket based on the seated or standing location. Please refer to the assigned gate printed on your ticket.

Terms & Conditions for VIP Experience

  • All VIP ticket holders must follow the VIP admission schedule.

  • The gathering cut-off time for Ultimate VIP Package ticket-holders is 5:20pm. Those who arrive after the cut-off time will not be able to join the unprecedented stage access for a photo opportunity.

  • VIP gifts will be distributed at admission, uncollected items will be forfeited.

  • No alcohol will be sold or provided to persons under 18.

  • VIP experience event details are subject to change; please refer to Live Nation HK social media channels for the latest news and updates.

  • Exchange of defect products will be possible immediately after purchase. There will be no refunds or exchanges after you have left the merchandise booth. 

  • All items will be available for sale on each show day, while stocks last.

Admission Notice

Participants must comply with the following rules and regulations, anyone who fails to do so may be barred from entering, in which case the ticket fee would not be refunded.

  1. Age restriction: Aged 12 or above and with a height of no less than 140cm are permitted for standing zone; aged 3 years or above for seated zone. Audience members who do not meet the age and height requirements will be denied entry.

  2. Each ticket admits one person only. A valid original physical ticket must be provided for admission.

  3. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  4. All tickets must be purchased from official ticketing agents. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.

  5. No ticket scalping is allowed. Kai Tak Sports Park Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association.

  6. Audiences must undergo bag checks for their bags/backpacks before entering the venue. Handbags/backpacks larger than 38 X 30 X 20 cm (15 X 12 X 8 inches), all professional cameras, camcorder, action cameras, 360 cameras, detachable lens cameras, telephoto lenses, phone detachable lenses, tablets, laptops, selfie sticks, tripod and recording devices are prohibited from being brought into the performance venue. If any of these restricted items are found, all equipment including SD cards will be confiscated.

  7. No live streaming is allowed.

  8. Fan banners/ signs must not be bigger than 38cm X 30cm size.

  9. No folding stools, chairs, footrests, ladders, long umbrellas (exceeding 35cm) and binoculars allowed.

  10. No outside food or beverage is allowed in Kai Tak Stadium.

  11. No alcohol will be sold or provided to persons under 18.

  12. Any containers, cans and bottles over 600mL (except empty plastic/silicon containers which are below 600mL & without lids or are for storage of baby food or medication).

  13. ⁠No disposable plastic bottles for drinks, glass bottles/cups, aluminum cans, thermal flasks/cups, and bottle lids.

  14. Costumes with light emitting features (except official lighting wristband) , as well as headwear or costume elements that may obstruct the view of other patrons, are not allowed.

  15. No smoking or lighting of cigar, pipe, cigarette, naked flame, or e-cigarette outside designated smoking areas.

  16. Possessing or using any illegal drugs is prohibited inside Kai Tak Stadium.

  17. Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within Kai Tak Sports Park Limited. 

  18. Possessing and using fireworks, pyro or laser devices is prohibited.

  19. No laser pens, drones, remote-controlled flying devices, balls, inflatable items and party poppers are allowed.

  20. No remote-controlled aerial device or toy is allowed (e.g. model helicopters, drones, remote-controlled flying devices or kites).

  21. Patrons who throw objects on stage will be immediately ejected from the venue without refunds.

  22. Any person who uses the facilities or equipment improperly or causes obstruction / disturbance to other persons will be stopped or invited to leave the venue.

  23. Wheelchair user tickets are designated for persons who depend on wheelchair for mobility and their accompanying minders. During admission, wheelchair user ticket holders must produce proof of mobility difficulties, including “Registration Card for People with Disabilities” (Physical Disability) or other valid medical documentary proof showing physical disability or mobility difficulties.

  24. No re-entry is allowed once the patron exits Kai Tak Stadium.

  25. Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event.  However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.

  26. No animals are permitted in Kai Tak Stadium except registered guide dogs upon obtaining prior written consent of  Kai Tak Sports Park Limited.

  27. The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of Kai Tak Stadium, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of the same.

  28. Kai Tak Sports Park Limited as the venue provider cannot guarantee the participant’s view is totally free from any obstruction during an event.

  29. Kai Tak Sports Park Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.

  30. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.
