Admission Times & Arrangement

Queueing Area Open (Open for all standing ticket holders): 11:30am
Doors Open: 4:00pm
Show Starts: 6:00pm

  • Door open time may be subject to change as the case may be.

VIP Admission Arrangement

VIP Early Entry: 1:30pm
Soundcheck Party: 3:30pm

  • All VIP ticket holders must follow the VIP admission schedule.

Terms & Conditions for VIP Experience

  1. VIP postcard, laminate and lanyard will be distributed at admission, uncollected items will be forfeited.

  2. Refunds or exchanges are not allowed.

  3. All photography and video recording are strictly prohibited during the VIP soundcheck.

  4. Soundcheck Party attendees may stay inside the event hall after the session finishes.

  5. Latecomers will not allowed to enter the event hall.

  6. VIP experience event details are subject to change; please refer to Live Nation HK social media channels for the latest news and updates.

Merchandise Booth B
Location: 2/F, Kai Tak Stadium Celebration Hall  (After Admission)
Operation Hour: 3:30pm - 6:00pm

Merchandise Booth C
Location: Central Square (After Security check)
Operation Hour: 3:30pm - 10:00pm

  • Merchandise booth located at Kai Tak Mall 2 G/F and Central Square will continue to operate after the performance ends.

  • Audience with 5th-floor tickets can only use the ticket sales counter at Kai Tak Mall 2 G/F and Central Square.

  • Merchandise sales at 2/F, Kai Tak Stadium Celebration Hall and Central Square are only open to same-day ticket holders.

  • Please bring your own shopping bag.

  • Exchange of defect products will be possible immediately after purchase. There will be no refunds or exchanges after you have left the merchandise booth. 

Admission Notice

Participants must comply with the following rules and regulations, anyone who fails to do so may be barred from entering, in which case the ticket fee would not be refunded.

  1. Age restriction: Aged 12 or above and with a height of no less than 140cm are permitted for standing zone; aged 3 years or above for seated zone. Audience members who do not meet the age and height requirements will be denied entry.

  2. Each ticket admits one person only. A valid original physical ticket must be provided for admission.

  3. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  4. All tickets must be purchased from official ticketing agents. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.

  5. No ticket scalping is allowed. Kai Tak Sports Park Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association.

  6. No re-entry is allowed once the patron exits Kai Tak Stadium.

  7. Audiences must undergo bag checks for their bags/backpacks before entering the venue. Handbags/backpacks larger than 38 X 30 X 20 cm (15 X 12 X 8 inches), all professional cameras, Camcorder, GoPro cameras, detachable lens cameras,  telephoto lenses, phone detachable lenses, tablets, laptops,  selfie sticks, recording devices are prohibited from being brought into the performance venue. If any of these restricted items are found, all equipment including SD cards will be confiscated.

  8. Mobile phones and point-and-shoot cameras are allowed, but no flash photography.

  9. No live streaming is allowed.

  10. Fan banners/ signs must not be bigger than 50cm X 50cm size.

  11. Umbrellas longer than 35cm and folding chairs are not allowed in the concert.

  12. No outside food or beverage is allowed in Kai Tak Stadium.

  13. Audiences are permitted to bring empty plastic or silicone reusable bottles/cups, 600ml or less into the Stadium.

  14. ⁠No smoking or lighting of cigar, pipe, cigarette, naked flame, or e-cigarette outside designated smoking areas.

  15. No inflated objects that are lighter-than-air in any kinds of materials ( such as balloons), hazardous materials, banners with poles, banners, crash helmets, large spiked/studded belts or bracelets, weapons, aerosol cans, and any sharp objects allowed inside the Stadium.

  16. Smoking is prohibited in Kai Tak Stadium.

  17. Possessing or using any illegal drugs is prohibited inside Kai Tak Stadium.

  18. Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within Kai Tak Sports Park Limited. 

  19. Possessing and using fireworks, pyro or laser devices is prohibited.

  20. Laser pens, fluorescent sticks and flashing light emitting devices are strictly prohibited.

  21. No remote-controlled aerial device or toy is allowed (e.g. model helicopters or drones).

  22. Patrons who throw objects on stage will be immediately ejected from the venue without refunds.

  23. Any person who uses the facilities or equipment improperly or causes obstruction / disturbance to other persons will be stopped or invited to leave the venue.

  24. Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event.  However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.

  25. No animals are permitted in Kai Tak Stadium except registered guide dogs upon obtaining prior written consent of  Kai Tak Sports Park Limited.

  26. The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of Kai Tak Stadium, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of the same.

  27. Kai Tak Sports Park Limited as the venue provider cannot guarantee the participant’s view is totally free from any obstruction during an event.

  28. Kai Tak Sports Park Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.

  29. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.
