Terms & Conditions for VIP Experience

  1. Please follow the instructions of on-site staff to participate in the event and fan benefits. 
  2. Refunds or exchanges are not allowed.
  3. Latecomers will not allowed to enter the event hall.
  4. Attendees may stay inside the event hall after the photo opportunity.
  5. VIP experience event details are subject to change; please refer to Live Nation HK social media channels for the latest news and updates.

How to obtain concert e-ticket

  1. Download the “Cityline Ticketing” mobile app to your mobile device
  2. Login to Cityline mobile app
  3. Under “Profile”, select “E-ticket” to view your ticket
  • Dynamic QR code will refresh every 10 seconds
  • Screen capture is blocked on this page, Screen Capture cannot be used as E-ticket for admission
  • User may click “Transfer” to transfer the QR code to another user’s Cityline profile

How to transfer concert ticket

  1. Click “Transfer”
  2. Enter transferee’s email address
  3. Transferee will receive an email, and will need to click on the link to accept the ticket
  4. The link will only be valid for 1 hour. If the link has not been clicked, the ticket will fall back to the transferer after 1 hour.
  5. After a successful transfer, transferer’s app will show the ticket as transferred.

  • Payment methods: Visa / Master / Amex / JCB / Union Pay / Octopus / Alipay / WeChat Pay; No cash accepted.
  • Please bring your own shopping bag.
  • Exchange of defect products will be possible immediately after purchase. There will be no refunds or exchanges after you have left the merchandise booth.  

Important Notice 

Participants must comply to the following rules and regulations, anyone who fails to do so may be barred from entering, in which case the ticket fee would not be refunded. 

  1. Only allow audience aged 12 or above and with a height of not less than 140cm to entry.
  2. Each ticket admits one person only. A valid original ticket must be provided for admission.
  3. All tickets must purchase from official ticketing agents. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.
  4. All tickets are non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
  5. Please present the digital copy on your mobile device for admission. When presenting the digital copy, please make sure the full QR code can be shown.
  6. Ticket must be scanned before exiting the hall if you wish to re-enter. Failure to do so may result in inability to re-enter, no refunds shall be provided.
  7. No ticket scalping is allowed. KITEC and the event organiser reserves the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association without refund and escorted out of the hall.
  8. Bag searches will be conducted prior to entering the event hall. Bags bigger than the dimensions of 38 cm X 30 cm X 20 cm (i.e. 15 inches X 12 inches X 8 inches) are not allowed.
  9. Unauthorized photography, videography, and audio recording are strictly prohibited inside the performance venue.
  10. No food and beverage are allowed in the event hall.
  11. No glass or capped plastic bottles, aluminum can, reusable bottles (i.e. thermos flasks), inflated objects that are lighter-than-air in any kinds of materials (i.e. balloons), hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects is allowed inside the event hall.
  12. Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within KITEC.
  13. Possessing and using fireworks, pyro or laser device is prohibited.
  14. No remote-controlled aerial device or toy is allowed (e.g. model helicopters or drones).
  15. Performance may contain strong and strobe lighting and smoke, please inform any medical staff or security of KITEC, if feeling unwell or any assistance is needed.
  16. Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event. However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.
  17. The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of KITEC, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same.
  18. KITEC as the venue provider cannot guarantee the participant’s view is totally free from any obstruction during an event.
  19. KITEC and the event organiser reserves the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
  20. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.
