Queuing area: Macpherson Stadium (Yim Po Fong Street Entrance)

  • Door open time will be subject to change as the case may be.
  • Please note: this performance does not provide queueing numbers. Staff will arrange queues based on on-site situation, please arrange your own arrival time based on the provided schedule. (Ticket holders who arrange their own queueing numbers will not be accepted.)

Terms & Conditions for VIP Experience

  1. All VIP ticket holders must follow the VIP admission schedule.
  2. VIP gift will be distributed at admission, uncollected items will be forfeited.
  3. Refunds or exchanges are not allowed.
  4. VIP audience who are taking part in photo session, please follow the instructions of on-site staff after the performance for arrangements.
  5. During VIP activities, unauthorised photography, filming, recording or live feed is strictly prohibited inside the event hall. If found, the staff has the right to delete the audio and video materials of the event immediately.
  6. Latecomers will not allowed to enter the event hall.
  7. VIP experience event details are subject to change; please refer to Live Nation HK social media channels for the latest news and updates.

  • Please bring your own shopping bag.
  • Exchange of defect products will be possible immediately after purchase. There will be no refunds or exchanges after you have left the merchandise booth.

Important Notice 

Participants must comply to the following rules and regulations, anyone who fails to do so may be barred from entering, in which case the ticket fee would not be refunded. 

  1. Age restriction: Aged 12 or above and with a height of no less than 140cm are permitted for standing zone. Aged 6 years or above for seated zone.
  2. Unauthorized photography, videography, and audio recording are strictly prohibited inside the performance venue. Audience members must undergo bag checks for their bags/backpacks before entering the venue. Handbags/backpacks larger than 38 X 30 X 20 cm (15 X 12 X 8 inches), all professional cameras, recording devices, tablets, selfie sticks, and folding chairs are prohibited from being brought into the performance venue. Long umbrellas are not allowed in the concert.
  3. Event tickets must be purchased from official ticketing outlets.
  4. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Each ticket is only valid for one person and must comply with the age restrictions set by the organizer.
  5. Please present the digital copy on your mobile device for admission. When presenting the digital copy, please make sure the full QR code can be shown.
  6. For audience who would like to re-enter the event hall, please have your concert admission ticket scanned by our staff at the exit before leaving the hall. Failure to do so may result in inability to re-enter the hall and no refunds shall be provided.
  7. No food or drinks are allowed inside the venue.
  8. No alcoholic beverages are allowed inside the venue.
  9. All drinks in bottle must have caps/lids removed before entering.
  10. Fan banners/ signs must not be bigger than A4 size.
  11. No glass, aluminum can, and inflated objects that are lighter-than-air in any kinds of materials (i.e. balloons), hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects is allowed inside the event hall.
  12. Any dangerous goods, weapons, spray cans, or sharp objects are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
  13. Fireworks, pyrotechnics, or the use of laser devices are strictly prohibited.
  14. No remote-controlled flying equipment or toys (i.e. drones) are allowed
  15. Patrons who throw objects on stage will be immediately ejected from the venue without refunds.
  16. Latecomers will only be allowed to enter at an appropriate time. Late entry cannot be guaranteed.
  17. The program information is for reference only. The organizer reserves the right to update the program information and schedule as the case may be. In case of any dispute, the organizer reserves the final decision.
  18. Ticket holders are deemed to have agreed to comply with and accept the applicable terms and conditions of MacPherson Stadium, the organizer, and its official ticketing outlets when using the ticket. The terms and conditions may be amended without prior notice.
  19. In case of any dispute, MacPherson Stadium and the organizer reserves the right to final decision.
  20. In case of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
